The brand challenge
YourTRIBE is a new operator of student accommodation. They needed a visually stunning and functional website to capture their audience’s attention. As their DX partner, our brief was to create the perfect digital experience. Defining the brand’s luxury identity and inviting students to apply for accommodation.
The solution
Our discovery phase explored YourTRIBE’s goals and the site’s user personas. This led us to create a roadmap for development that set out the site’s mission:
“ To captivate and inspire by showcasing YourTRIBE’s unparalleled luxury accommodations, fostering a strong sense of community, and offering personalised services that resonate with ambitious students. ”
Given the user persona, we concentrated on a mobile-first approach to design, building around engaging and intuitive UI, that was geared to support the exploration of accommodation options and amenities. The site also had to integrate with StuRents to deliver the functionality of the booking engine. It also had to be developed with a structured and restrained approach to content management in mind, all within Wordpress.







Design that embodies quiet luxury
To communicate the luxury status of each YourTRIBE site, we focussed on look and feel. Minimalist colour palettes. Slick animations. Reflecting on every aspect and finessing even the smallest detail until the experience felt just right.
We carefully considered the layout and structure of content. Particularly how new rooms or locations would be added in the future. Then structured the different pages and content types in the CMS to make it simpler to mould the site to changing business needs.
